form.<br \/>All communication throughout the conference should be appropriate for a professional audience including people of many different backgrounds. Sexual language and imagery is not appropriate for any part of the conference, including talks, or at the conference venue.<\/p><p>Please be kind to others. Do not insult or put down other attendees. Behave professionally. In doing so, you contribute to the health and longevity of this community.<br \/>Exercise consideration and respect in your speech and actions.<br \/>Attempt collaboration before conflict.<br \/>Refrain from demeaning, discriminatory, or harassing speech and actions.<br \/>Be mindful of your surroundings and of your fellow attendees. Alert community leaders if you notice a dangerous situation, someone in distress, or someone violating this Code of Conduct, even if they seem inconsequential.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-tab-title elementor-tab-mobile-title\" aria-selected=\"false\" data-tab=\"3\" role=\"tab\" tabindex=\"-1\" aria-controls=\"elementor-tab-content-2003\" aria-expanded=\"false\">Unacceptable Behavior<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-2003\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"3\" role=\"tabpanel\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-2003\" tabindex=\"0\" hidden=\"hidden\"><p style=\"text-align: left;\">Unacceptable behaviors include intimidating, harassing, abusive, discriminatory, derogatory or demeaning speech and actions by any attendee in COMMUNITY\u2019s online community, at all related events and in one-on-one communications carried out in the context of <span style=\"color: #e63939;\">Cas<\/span><span style=\"color: #5781fb;\">Au<\/span><span style=\"color: #e63939;\">Point<\/span> COMMUNITY. COMMUNITY event venues may be shared with members of the public, so please be respectful to anyone at these locations.<br \/>Harassment includes, but is not limited to, harmful or prejudicial verbal or written comments related to gender, gender identity, gender expression, sexual orientation, race, religion (or lack thereof), disability, inappropriate use of nudity and\/or sexual images in public spaces (including presentation slides), deliberate intimidation, stalking or following, harassing photography or recording, sustained disruption of talks or other events inappropriate physical contact, and unwelcome sexual attention.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-tab-title elementor-tab-mobile-title\" aria-selected=\"false\" data-tab=\"4\" role=\"tab\" tabindex=\"-1\" aria-controls=\"elementor-tab-content-2004\" aria-expanded=\"false\">Consequences of Behavior<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-2004\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"4\" role=\"tabpanel\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-2004\" tabindex=\"0\" hidden=\"hidden\"><p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #e63939;\">Cas<\/span><span style=\"color: #5781fb;\">Au<\/span><span style=\"color: #e63939;\">Point<\/span> will not tolerate any unacceptable behavior from any attendee or other participant in COMMUNITY, including sponsors, speakers, and those with decision-making authority.<br \/>Anyone asked to stop unacceptable behavior is expected to comply immediately.<br \/>If an attendee or other COMMUNITY participant engages in unacceptable behavior, the community organizers may take any action they deem appropriate, up to and including a temporary ban or permanent expulsion from <span style=\"color: #e63939;\">Cas<span style=\"color: #5781fb;\">Au<\/span>Point<\/span> COMMUNITY without warning (and without refund in the case of a paid event).<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-tab-title elementor-tab-mobile-title\" aria-selected=\"false\" data-tab=\"5\" role=\"tab\" tabindex=\"-1\" aria-controls=\"elementor-tab-content-2005\" aria-expanded=\"false\">Behavior Witness <\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-2005\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"5\" role=\"tabpanel\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-2005\" tabindex=\"0\" hidden=\"hidden\"><p style=\"text-align: left;\">If you are subject to or witness unacceptable behavior, or have any other concerns, please notify a COMMUNITY staff member as soon as possible.<br \/>Additionally, COMMUNITY staff members are available to attendees to help engage with local law enforcement or to otherwise help attendees who are experiencing unacceptable behavior feel safe.
